Super excited to announce OCH Got Talent 2026! Whether it be singing, painting, baking, or even something rare and random like wooden toy gun making, we cannot wait to see your talent. Open to all Catholic homeschoolers in Oceania.

Rules:

• I want all the videos to be suitable for viewing by the whole family, including young children. Thus, content containing swearing, violence, mention of drugs or alcoholism, and anything that might be disturbing for young viewers may be disqualified at the judges’ discretion. Please reach out if you aren’t sure; I really don’t want anyone to be disqualified but it is super important that the whole family can watch these.

• Feel free to send in multiple entries if you like; the judges will pick the best one for the contest.

• Videos can’t be longer than five minutes

• Don’t plagiarize. If you borrow other people’s work, please reference it.

• The deadline is July 31st at 11.59pm

• The judges’ decisions are final.

Entering:

Please can parents email me images or videos via OceaniaCatholicHomeschooler@gmail.com. This is so I can verify you are fine with me posting them to the newsletter. Please let me know:

• Whether you would like the photos/videos to only be sent to those on the mailing list, or if you are fine with me posting them on the internet.

• The name and age of the child in the photo/video.

• Whether you are in NZ or Australia. Please email OceaniaCatholicHomeschooler@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Publishing:

Videos/photos will be emailed to the mailing list, and those with publishing consent may be posted to the website and social media.
